At Epecoya, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality fashion products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return Policy ensures a hassle-free process for returns and exchanges. Please read the following guidelines before initiating a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
 - The item is returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
 - The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
 - The item is in its original packaging.
 - The item is not a final sale, lingerie, swimwear, or accessories (earrings, hats, etc.) due to hygiene reasons.

⛔ Non-Returnable Items:

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
Items that have been washed, altered, or damaged due to improper handling.
Gift cards and promotional items.

2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us – Email us at support@epecoya.com with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Instructions – Our support team will provide the return address and further steps.
Ship Your Item – Securely pack your item and ship it to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Inspection & Refund Processing – Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

📌 Important Notes:

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.
If the item is defective, please include clear photos of the issue in your email.

3. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on your bank, the refund may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.
If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your payment provider first before reaching out to us.

4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement or full refund.

6. Order Cancellations & Modifications
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. Once processed, we cannot make changes.
If your order has already shipped, you may return it following our return process after delivery.
